We’re here to help! Our laboratory is open five days a week, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, with clerical, administrative, and technical staff available to answer any questions you might have. If it’s your first time calling or your fiftieth, you’ll be treated all the same. If it’s been a while since you last talked with us, we encourage you to reach out and see what’s changed since the last time you checked in. We might have something new to offer, or something new in the works, that we would be more than happy.

We’re proud to be a part of our community and to be able to offer physicians the opportunity to improve the care that they provide their patients with, regardless of if those physicians are local, or outside of our region entirely. Our chief laboratory location in Houston, Texas (along with our satellite locations in Florida and Ohio) puts us in close proximity to many of FedEx’s sorting facilities, including their World Super Hub in Memphis, Tennessee. It’s important for us to ensure that things are as convenient as possible for our customers, so we work with you to find the delivery/courier option that works best! We can help you find your nearest FedEx drop-off location, we can help you schedule a one-time pickup, and we can even help you figure out when the best time to ship something may be, given holiday schedules and possible weather delays. At Elite Clinical Laboratory, we’re utilizing LIMSabc as our Laboratory Information System (LIS). LIMSabc is a cloud-based LIS software, which allows us to offer EMR Integration to our customers to improve the quality/availability of supporting documentation, in addition to making reports available directly in the practice EMR system.
